Vision
In Gotham Sistemas Integrados de Gestão Empresarial, Lda. we offer our customers a wide set of services which go far beyond the fullfilment of the fiscal obligations, because we highly consider the accounting science as a precious supporting tool for business management.

Our standard services consist in Finance Accounting agreements, Human Resources Management agreements and Analytical Accounting agreements; each of these services can be contracted separately or together, except for the Analytical Accounting agreements which can only be contracted in addition to the Finance Accounting agreements.

Our standard services agreements are regulated via services supply contracts sealed for one year periods, automatically renewed and concerning 12 monthly agreements, already including all the year end closure activities.

These services are provided for companies in Portugal, mainly in the Lisbon metropolitan area.

Additionally, we use Internet as a privileged tool for communication with our customers, through an extra net (by using a web portal) which allows them access (after a user ID/password authentication) to their private area, where they are able to:

acknowledge the status of the main activities related to their business (such as the fulfillment of the fiscal and labour obligations), via a project management module;

check in real time what's the status, development and related answers to new questions which were addressed to us by any mean (either via email, telephone or fax), as well as checking also historical information, throught an issue tracking module;

viewing and downloading several documents related to their business, such as fulfillment/payment of all fiscal and labour obligations, explained trial balance reports and management reports, via a file management module;
